Palletizing robot

This is a collaborative palletizing robot workstation that can customize a 0-programming intelligent palletizing solution. It is equipped with a large-load flexible collaborative robot, a movable lifting base, an intelligent palletizing process package, and a high-precision pallet positioning system. In terms of functions, installation and commissioning can be completed within one hour, a new stack can be built in five minutes, 9-13 boxes can be palletized per minute, it supports pallets with a maximum size of 1400mm×1400mm, can stack two types of products at the same time and can switch between single and double-station modes. The end effector is a high-suction sponge vacuum cup, and there are also control buttons. Optional roller lines and safety systems are available to ensure operational safety.
