Clamp the spare parts on the special fixture for full welding. The welding shall not be twisted and there shall be no welding defects such as false welding, undercut, air hole, etc.;
Within the reach of the robot, the range of activities between two stations shall be minimized, the workstation shall be arranged reasonably. The workstations shall be compact, and the space shall be used reasonably to reduce the floor area;
The workstation is equipped with anti-arc light, safety grating and other safety facilities. The two stations operate independently without interference, further improving the utilization rate of the equipment.
