Structural Features:
Its four joints have clearly defined functions. The first and second axes are responsible for rotation in the horizontal plane, determining the X-Y coordinates; the third axis can extend or retract vertically, achieving Z-axis movement; the fourth axis is the wrist, allowing end rotation to adjust the tool’s posture.

Performance Parameters: Different models have varying performance.

Generally, the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.02mm, while some models, such as the YK150XG, can reach ±0.005mm.
The horizontal movement speed is ≥4m/s, and the cycle time for a single screw fastening can be as low as 1 second.

The maximum load can reach 50kg, with a working range between 700mm and 1200mm.

High Precision

The repeat positioning accuracy of some models can reach ±0.01mm; for instance, the XY-axis accuracy of the YK700XC robot is exactly ±0.01mm. This is attributed to its beltless structure, which minimizes transmission errors, as well as its high-precision position detection system.

High Speed

The standard cycle time is short—for example, the standard cycle time of the YK700XC is only 0.29 seconds—greatly boosting production efficiency. By optimizing the reduction ratio and the maximum motor speed, its maximum operating speed is also significantly improved, enabling it to quickly complete tasks such as material handling and assembly.

Excellent Environmental Adaptability

A variety of specialized models are available. For example, the dustproof & splashproof YK-XGP series has an IP65 protection rating, making it suitable for work environments with high levels of water or dust. Additionally, the cleanroom-compatible YK-XC series meets the requirements of dust-free production environments.

Strong Load Capacity

Different models can meet diverse load demands. Large-sized models have a maximum effective load capacity of up to 50kg—such as the YK1200XG—allowing for easy handling of heavy workpieces.
