Highlighting its core technological achievements, Shandong Chenxuan Robotics will bring its independently developed collaborative spraying robot as the star exhibit at Manufacturing Expo 2026 Bangkok. Differentiated from traditional automated spraying equipment, the new collaborative spraying solution features high flexibility, easy deployment, and human-machine collaboration capabilities, targeting diversified surface spraying scenarios in automotive parts, hardware equipment, sanitary ware, and industrial manufacturing fields.
The exhibited collaborative spraying robot adopts an optimized intelligent spraying algorithm and precise control system, ensuring uniform paint output, stable spraying quality, and low material waste. Equipped with flexible trajectory planning and rapid switching functions, the equipment can adapt to multi-variety and small-batch production demands. In addition, the cobot requires no complicated fence installation, realizing safe human-machine cooperation and greatly reducing factory transformation and deployment costs for overseas manufacturing enterprises.

Collision Safety Protection

Built-in torque sensors enable real-time collision detection. The robot will decelerate and stop immediately upon slight contact with operators or workpieces, preventing personnel injury and workpiece damage. It can operate side-by-side with workers in the same workspace.

Special Explosion-Proof Body

Equipped with standard Gb-class explosion-proof certification for spraying applications. Fully sealed explosion-proof design is adopted for motors, circuits and connectors, suitable for Zone 1 hazardous environments with flammable volatile gas from paints and thinners. Two configurations are available: positive pressure explosion-proof and intrinsically safe explosion-proof.

High-Protection Body Structure

Fully sealed joints with IP54/IP66 protection ratings, blocking ingress of paint mist, dust and moisture to ensure stable long-term operation in harsh coating workshops.
