Commissioning Completed! Shandong Chenxuan Hybrid Robots Officially Enter Mass Production on Production Line

Recently, Shandong Chenxuan Robot Technology Co., Ltd. has finished full-line commissioning of the hybrid robot production line. Hybrid robots have been officially deployed on the production line for regular operation. The launch of this new project expands our production capacity in mobile manipulators, enriches the intelligent robot product portfolio, and enables us to fulfill orders from global automation customers more efficiently.

After equipment installation, joint debugging and performance testing, the production line solved key technical challenges in assembly and precision calibration. All indicators meet design specifications. Now the line is running steadily with hybrid robots in formal mass production.

Compared with traditional fixed robotic arms and ordinary handling AGVs, the product features multi-functionality and full-range flexible operation as its core advantages. Equipped with a laser SLAM autonomous navigation system, it requires no magnetic strips, tracks or large-scale workshop renovations. The robot can independently plan paths and avoid obstacles dynamically, moving flexibly between different stations and equipment. It breaks the boundaries of fixed-position operation, perfectly adapts to the production mode of multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing, and quickly responds to production line model switching demands.
Adopting an integrated modular design, the robot supports fast switching of various end tools such as suction cups and pneumatic grippers, efficiently completing diverse operational tasks including machine tool loading and unloading, parts assembly, material sorting, line-side material distribution and product inspection. Powered by the self-developed integrated collaborative control system, the mobile chassis and robotic arm achieve precise linkage. Combined with visual positioning compensation technology, it ensures stable operational accuracy and strong fault tolerance under complex working conditions.
