Self-developed Collaborative Robots of Shandong Chenxuan Roll Off Production Line and Officially Put into Operation

 Recently, Shandong Chenxuan Robotics Co., Ltd. has completed assembly, repeated debugging and durability tests for its full range of self-developed collaborative robots. The exclusive cobot production line has been officially put into stable operation. The launch of this production line marks the company’s transition from prototype R&D to mass production of collaborative robots, further enriching its industrial robot portfolio and improving delivery efficiency for domestic and overseas orders.

The demand for flexible automation keeps growing rapidly. The new cobot production line adopts segmented flexible assembly stations to realize simultaneous assembly of multiple payload models, equipped with standardized testing toolings. Every manipulator passes full pre-delivery inspections covering repeat positioning accuracy, load durability, collision safety and communication linkage.

 
Our self-developed cobots are built with built-in collision detection, requiring no safety barriers for operation and featuring flexible deployment. With lightweight bodies, they adapt to workbenches, assembly lines and mobile fixtures, capable of loading/unloading, assembly, screw tightening, polishing, handling and other processes.
The dedicated mass production line greatly expands cobot output and shortens order lead time. Standardized assembly procedures guarantee unified precision and consistent quality for batch shipments.
