Different from conventional fixed welding robots that require professional installation, fixed station positioning and safety fence isolation, the Chenxuan mobile collaborative welding robot adopts an all-in-one integrated trolley design, integrating the collaborative robot arm, professional welding power source, high-stability wire feeder, gas cylinder fixing bracket and intelligent control system into a compact and mobile unit. 

The whole machine features a reasonable structural layout, neat internal wiring, strong structural rigidity and excellent industrial durability, which can adapt to complex and harsh workshop production environments such as welding spatter, metal dust and high-frequency continuous operation. The mobile chassis is equipped with high-quality universal walking wheels and a stable steering structure, enabling free movement and flexible positioning inside the workshop.
